Return shipping labels can be purchased for $3.99 if returning a single item or $7.99 for multiple items. To purchase a return label and submit your return, visit our Returns Portal for a quick and convenient process.

Simply use our online returns portal to process your return and repurchase any available item(s) on our site. • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
• We are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen during transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number for reference.
• All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from our Online Return Portal, clearly indicating which items are being returned. Incorrectly filled-out returns may experience processing delays.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
• Return drop-offs are not accepted at our distribution center (DC) or corporate office.

What Tie-Dye Items Are Final Sale?

The following tie-dye items are considered Final Sale, non-returnable, and cannot be returned for store credit or exchange:

• All tie-dye shirts, t-shirts, and hoodies ending in $.00, .96, .97, and .98
